# Updates

> Learn how to update your website or theme.

### How to update your website?

To update your website, go to **Dashboard > Settings > Updates**. If there is a new version available, you will see an update button. Click on the button to update your website.

  If you sure that there is a new version available but you don't see the update button, you can try to check for updates manually. To do that, click on the **"Check for Updates"** button.

### How to disable update notifications?

If you don't want to see the update notifications, go to **Dashboard > Settings > System Settings** and disable the **"Update Notifications"** option.

### How to see the changelog?

Go to **Dashboard > Settings > Updates**, you will see the changelogs in the **Changelog** section.

### How to check for updates?

The last version check is cached for 24 hours. If you want to check for updates manually, you can click on the **"Check for Updates"** button.

### How to update your theme?

After you updating your website, you may also need to update your theme. To update your theme, go to **Dashboard** > **Appearance** > **Themes**. If there is a new version available, you will see an update button. Click on the button to update your theme.
