# Articles

> Help your players find problem solutions with the articles you have prepared on your website.

### How to create an article?

Go to **Dashboard > Support & Help > Articles > Add New**. You can add an article by providing the following information:

* **Title:** The title of the article.
* **Topic:** The topic of the article.
* **Content:** The content of the article. You can use HTML tags to format the content.
* **Order:** The order of the article in the list.

  Before creating an article, you need to create a topic. You can create a topic on **Dashboard > Support & Help > Topics > Add New**.

### How to see the article on your website?

After creating a article, you can see it on **Dashboard > Support & Help > Articles**. You can click on the **"View"** button to see the article on your website.

### How to see feedbacks on the article?

You can see the feedbacks on the article on **Dashboard > Support & Help > Articles**. Helpfulness percentage is calculated by the number of likes and dislikes. Values are shown as Like/Dislike in the list.
