How can I ban a user?
Using LeaderOS
Ban Management
You can block players from the site, support and comments temporarily/lifetime.
Banning Options
There are multiple options to ban a user:
Banning from Website:
If you ban a user from the website, the user loses access to the website.
Banning from Support:
If you ban a user from the support tickets, the user will not be able to create or reply to support tickets anymore.
Banning from Comments:
If you ban a user from the comments, the user will not be able to send replies to blog posts.
How can I ban a user?
Go to Dashboard > Ban > Ban User page.
Username:
The username of the player you want to ban.
Category:
The user will be banned from the selected category.
Reason:
The reason for the ban. You can choose one of the predefined categories.
Duration:
You can ban the user permanently or temporarily.
