How to set up Tawk.to on your website?

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Modules and enable the Tawk.to module.
  2. Go to Tawk.to and sign up for a free account.
  3. Once you have signed up, you will be taken to the dashboard.
  4. Go to Tawk.to > Administration > Overview and copy the Property ID.
  5. Go to Tawk.to > Administration > Channels > Chat Widget and copy the Widget ID.
  6. Go to Dashboard > Settings > System Settings, enable the Tawk.to option, and paste the Property ID and Widget ID.
