Help your players find problem solutions with the articles you have prepared on your website.
How to create an article?
Go to Dashboard > Support & Help > Articles > Add New. You can add an article by providing the following information:
- Title: The title of the article.
- Topic: The topic of the article.
- Content: The content of the article. You can use HTML tags to format the content.
- Order: The order of the article in the list.
Before creating an article, you need to create a topic. You can create a topic on Dashboard > Support & Help > Topics > Add New.
How to see the article on your website?
After creating a article, you can see it on Dashboard > Support & Help > Articles. You can click on the “View” button to see the article on your website.
How to see feedbacks on the article?
You can see the feedbacks on the article on Dashboard > Support & Help > Articles. Helpfulness percentage is calculated by the number of likes and dislikes. Values are shown as Like/Dislike in the list.
