How does Gifts work?

Create and distribute gift codes for your users. You can create gifts as either Credits or Products, set a limit on the number of codes and to specify expiration dates for them.

How to create a gift?

Go to Dashboard > Store > Gifts > Add New. You can add a gift by providing the following information:
  • Code: The code that users will use to claim the gift.
  • Type: The type of gift you want to create. It can be either Credits or Products.
    • Product: If you select this type, you will need to select a product from the dropdown list.
    • Credits: If you select this type, you will need to specify the credits amount.
  • Duration: You can apply either a Permanent or a Temporary duration. If you select Temporary, you will need to specify the end date and time from the calendar.
  • Limit: You can set a limit on the number of codes that can be claimed. If you don’t want to set a limit, you can select Unlimited.

How do users claim a gift?

Users can claim a gift by going to Gift Page (yourwebsite.com/gift) and entering the gift code in the Claim Gift section. If the gift code is valid, the gift will be added to the user’s account.
