Orders
Learn how to view and manage orders in your store.
How can I see order details?
Go to Dashboard > Store > Orders. Click on the order number to view the order details.
- Order Number: The unique number assigned to the order.
- Products: The products included in the order.
- Product Name: The name of the product.
- Category: The category to which the product belongs.
- Quantity: The quantity of each product included in the order.
- Total: The total amount for each product. This is calculated by multiplying the quantity by the price of the product.
- Status: The current status of the order. An order can have one of the following statuses:
- Success: The order has been completed successfully.
- Waiting: The order is waiting for payment. This status is set when the payment method is set to “Manual” and the user has not yet paid for the order.
- Error: The order not completed due to an error.
- User: The user who placed the order.
- Payment Method: The payment method used to pay for the order.
- Total: The total amount of the order.
- Discount: The discount applied to the order.
- Credit: The credit applied to the order.
- Coupon: The coupon applied to the order.
- Date: The date and time the order was placed.
How to complete an order placed with the “Manual” payment method?
If an order is placed with the “Manual” payment method, the user will need to make the payment manually. Once the payment is received, you can complete the order by following these steps:
- Go to Dashboard > Store > Orders.
- Find the order you want to complete and click on the order number to view the order details.
- Click on the Complete Order button.
After completing the order, the status will be updated to “Success” and the products will be delivered to the user.
