How to complete an order placed with the “Manual” payment method?
If an order is placed with the “Manual” payment method, the user will need to make the payment manually. Once the payment is received, you can complete the order by following these steps:
Go to Dashboard > Store > Orders.
Find the order you want to complete and click on the order number to view the order details.
Click on the Complete Order button.
After completing the order, the status will be updated to “Success” and the products will be delivered to the user.
If you want to create an order manually for a user, you can follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard > Store > Orders.
Click on the Add New button.
Fill in the order details:
Products: Add the products you want to include in the order.
Product: Select the product you want to add to the order.
Quantity: Enter the quantity of the product you want to add.
Unit Price: Enter the unit price of the product. This price will be entered automatically based on the product you select, but you can change it if needed.
Total: Enter the total amount for the order. This amount will be reflected in your revenue statistics. If you do not want it to be reflected, enter 0.00.
User: Select the user for whom you want to create the order.
Status: Set the status of the order.
Success: The order has been completed successfully. The products will be delivered to the user immediately.
